Burkentech Return and Refund Policy

  • Custom Products: All products are unique and made to order. Returns and exchanges are not supported for wrong size, color, or change of mind.
  • Damaged Products/Manufacturing Errors: Free reprint or refund if contacted within 30 days of delivery. Submit a clear photo of the issue via the email at burkentech@gmail.com.
  • Refunds: Issued to your Burkentech account balance, which can be withdrawn to the original payment method. Non-USD refunds go directly to the original payment source.
  • Multiple Products Issue: If multiple products with the same design are affected, provide a photo or video showing all items in one frame.
  • Responsibility: Burkentech is not responsible for wrong size or color orders. 
  • Delivery :For unsuccessful deliveries, you can choose a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund.
  • DTG Products: A print placement tolerance of 0.5" is allowed; minor variations are not considered defects.
